The CCVT car show was very nice and had a great turnout. I was in the show with ye old monte ss. Didn't win anything (as expected with the classes as they were) but I had a great time none the less.
It is common on race cars to have arrows pointing to important things the safety workers at the race might need to locate in a hurry, including tow hook locations (as on the Spec Miata at the show yesterday) and exterior kill switches.
Yea thats what I was getting at, figured he'd know what the arrows would be for if I told him what the cars purpose was.
BTW I'm sure you knew you drove by me the other day before the show, christ my ear drums nearly blew.
The Miata is mine and yes it is a Road Race car...I race in Spec Miata with N.A.S.A. The arrows are for the rear tow hooks so when i fly off track into a tire wall they know where to tow from.
Chris.
sweeeet. i saw your car the other day. i live on glade road and i saw you turn from glade to the road behind the empo. i went to the mazda driver event at vir a couple weeks ago and just a about a million (well exagerated) spec miata's. all i gotta say is that spec miata's are awesome. your car's sweet as hell. i'd just have the hard top color matched to the body.
miata coupe rule!!!
oh.. and 240's are nice too. i have a pic of all the 240's at the car show. but i gotta say, 240's are just too "normal" lookin'. i guess cuz noone's a ricer here so they dont' put some crazy ass body kit on... oh wait... i did.....
Hey wagz have you thought about taking the car to the Bristol NOPI this year?
not going to do much w/ her this year, getting sold mid to late june. So i'm not going to bother w/ shows and shit, just dont feel like doing them nor do i want to chance something happening to the Z before i sell it
