Am I missing something obvious or is this just a freak incident?

im going out on edge when i say this...
But either the person who is swappin the motor "dosent know what there doing like not hooking up the coolant lines or installing the motor correctly"
or... you cant drive.
or. the car is cursed.. either way good luck ;-)
