that track SUCKS! i couldnt get the car out the hole for nothing. I ran a 14.3 up there and a 13.3 at Dinwidde(this was on street tires----bald)......that a one second difference. I lost tracking in the middle of the track up there at almost 100mph WOT shifting.... if they start taking care of the track more i will be a regular customer.

So what are you saying, Richmond or VMP sucks? Is Dinwidde the same as VMP?

 

So you can only run until 7:30 until they start bracket racing? That won't let you run very many times will it?

 

we're all going up there to bracket race.. the runs before 7 30 are to get a feel for your dial in times. if you lose your bracket race you move to the test and tune line for free (25 bucks initially) and can continue to run all night. it makes no sense to just join test and tune.. thats 10 dollars more with not as many runs. make sure at the gate you tell them you're here to run in street wars.

 

That sounds better! I thought we had an hour and a half until they started racing. In dial in a certain time, lose or break out and then get to sit and watch everyone else race the entire night. I'm definately going. Who else is going?

VMP usually has better track prep than Richmond so VMP is the better track but it doesn't cost as much to run at Richmond on Friday nights.

VMP and Dinwiddie are the same. VMP is in Dinwiddie, VA.
