oil the piston reguarly, and make sure you have enough washers in it....i never had a problem with any of the five i have sold and installed.
the HKS is damn nice....but i am a loud mother fucker, so i liked the loudness of the RFL. and if you want a type H....cut the horn off of the RFL....that is the main difference.
the TXS is not a complex valve like the HKS...but they all work about the same. most of the complaints i have seen with them is due to installer error....
I didnt hear anything about oiling the piston. but I did hear about using white lithium grease on the piston and adding some washers and that did seem to help. I'm not able to feel a difference though. the only reason I know it helped was the turkey call on my return tube doesnt start calling when idling.
When I bought the car it came w/ the bov and I took it appart and didn't notice any oil anywhere in it.
