This is true....he's gotten me off death row a few times.

 

If she is turning onto a main road. She needs to yeild to traffic regaurdless!! If you had hit her in the side it would be different. It would mean she was already in the intersection. Which would make you at fautl if your light was red. Beeing that you were in the intersection and she ran into the side of your car she is at fault.

 

First of all use some paragraphs, so I can actually read that monstrosity. Then get a lawyer.

Not if this kid had a red light and didn't notice because he was too busy dicking with his radio. I don't believe "right of way" comes into play when it comes down to running a red light.

If he has a red light, she has a green light, there's no fucking way you could possibly blame anything on her. Ever.

I got my license here in VA, and they MAJORLY stressed about how you have to make sure an intersection is clear before heading through it, and if you didnt the accident would be your fault.

Guess thats another one of those "va police discretion" things.
