i had the same problem with a turb impulse i had. I changed the wires, plugs, fuel filter, and caps. The problem was timing and gap of plugs. Timin was a lil off and after a couple times of regapping i got it back full force boost with no bogging. jus a thought

oh yea if it runs best cold, i think its cause ur timin advances to warm up the engine. That could mean ur timing is retarded too much.

I believe if it were his plugs, it'd do it all of the time once warmed, not every 5th stoplight or so. But who knows.

Bogging problems are always fun to diagnose

The turbo kit you have came with a fuel pump, right? So its not that..

Since you dont have any other ideas, just for shits and giggles I'd off the intake and clean the shit out of it, and all your sensors connected to it

Unplug your ECU or pull the fuse for it. Wait for half an hour and see if that helps at all. Probably not but always worth a shot, ECUs can be funny sometimes when you get away from stock, and need to be reset. My JDM P30 has a funny fuel hiccup that shows up like clockwork every 8 weeks or so, I reset the ECU and it goes away for another 8 weeks..
