A friend of mine stationed in okinawa couldn't bring back his skyline... but I've heard Aaron (FastX7) say you can (and he's been stationed there too). I'm really not sure... and I'm not in the military so it don't matter.

Someone buy the R-32... they are the best ones.

someone in the military buy a few skylines and sell them to us.
Bringing back a skyline and being able to keep it are two different things.

People have been trying to get around loopholes for awhile to bring over cars from Japan, with no success. If you want a JDM car that is legal for you to drive, it has to be brought in through legal avenues, and for the Skyline, this means MotorEx, since they've already spent the money to crash test as well as retrofit it for US standards.

As for MotorEx legalizing your Skyline, here's a link: http://motorex.net/conversion.html

All the other JDM cars you might see here and there in the country are usually declared as race-only, or some other designation stating that they aren't to be used on public roads. IIRC, if one of those cars is caught on public streets, it can be impounded/crushed.

r32's own the "fastest skylines" charts. I think 1 or 2 might not be a r32.

I heard they are the best handling skyline as well.
