Me and my buddies are looking for something to start out in, but we werent planning on anything til December. damn! if you still have it in december let me know. reason why not til december, 6 month deployment december is when my 2 buddies (partners ) get back.

We will definately be out by then. Our lease expires oct 1st, we are just hoping to not have to pay rent in a place we arent using.

Maybe I should have mentioned the shop address is 1493 Diamond Springs Rd, VA Beach.
ALSO! There is free 24/7 compressed air for all the shops in the building, so no need to buy a compressor.
