Go with the B16, its a better platform to improve on. Also the motor is more performance oriented than the D. Plus, if u ever get money, turbocharge that and whoop ass.

yea i think that u should get a b series motors because they have more power and if u ever want to boost it later on then u will have a pretty quick car

just make sure you shop around for the swap, theres a bunch of very good mechanics who work out of their garage that will do it much cheaper than most shops around here will and the quality will be the same.

If my scLS took a shit, i would probably replace it w/ a built D series runnin 20psi. It would cost just as much, and be a shit ton faster.

I'm going b-series, mostly cause I'm doing the swap myself and got the motor dirt cheap. Do the swap yourself and you will save so much money, and probably be cheaper that turboing your d-series
