Nah, he wont be pulled. People custom mount their plates all the time. Ive seen them bent and put near the rear brake sometimes.

some say I will get pulled.........some others have said as long as you can see it 25 feet away then you are ok. I'll keep it there until told otherwise. I think it is borderline ok. Oh well. Thanks for the compliments guys...now if this friggin rain would go away...damn
