for 1.. probally 99.9% of "our" cars arent "between" the law in the state of virginia.. and 2.. do you have ANY idea how hard something like this would be to monitor..? all the shit talking, people getting pissy etc.. it wont happen.. but we could always try and block off a half mile stretch of 264 and run all night.. lets do it..
