Ha ha. maybe a 14.9.
They can be quik but, no 4 cylinder "legal" STS car can hit those times.

I dont know about 13's with bolt on's. I know they can hit those times NA but, again it's gonna take more than STS bolt on's to do it. Mid to low 14's should be accurate from what I've seen them do.

There's a list of GTS' times from a Celica forum. There's only a couple of guys running 13's NA and neither are STS legal, one guy is close but he runs slicks. The other has the car gutted.
