Just because someone gets caught is often not enough to make them stop.

It may be based upon the miles over, I know a 15+ is 5 years...

0-9mph over may be a 3 year one.

You should read all his posts saying how he has stopped street racing and wont do it again. Then viola a new post pops up about how he raced a car on the street. That's why everyone fuckes with him when he talks shit about racing them, but says he doesnt do it on the street, yet he posts about his streetracing.

PDF of Virginia driving manual

Dept of Motor Vehicles. Can also go in person with photo id and request your driving record for $8. Police will have the additional benefit of the some areas having a dispatcher's computerized record of verbal warnings and previous stops that will not appear on your record, like written warnings and tickets would.

"The information on DMV records is maintained and released based on federal and state laws. Law enforcement may obtain your complete driving record; employers receive seven years of data and insurance companies receive five years. DMV will not release your license photograph without your signed release except to law enforcement."

that would be a lot better than a moving violation, non-moving violation = no points on your driving record

thats how i got out of my speeding ticket in NC. speedo was showing wrong Vehicle speed
