He was working at Food Lion, fuck a Food Lion, when I worked there and a customer gave me shit, I cussed them out, told them get the fuck out of the store, etc. The managers were all dicks, I quit that bitch w/no notice. I told my brother he needs to get the fuck out of Food Lion.

 

by law, an employer can cut wages per workmans comp related issues. I went thru this with shoulder surgery and was out of work for 14 mos.. (but i had a lawyer and full wages stayed in effect until released back to full duty at work)

 

My former employer and I have come to a point of disagreement, next step is arbitration to receive the settlement originally received in writing.

yea i'm going to stick it out and see what happens. My brother's wife is going to help we with some of my bills. i just how i will have my mustang repo b/c of this shit.

yes phil this is the like 2dn time back in jan i was demoted b/c i was not doing my job but i left 1 grocery truck in the back rool and had my pay cut by $1.50. the guy that replaced me left 4 trucks in 2 months, and them i was back to grocery manager again for 2 months every truck was finished intill my shoulder was messed up. then the guy that took my job again did not finish 12 grocery trucks 8 weeks and we get 2 trucks a week.

i really thinking about Quitin the hell hole.

 

UPS did the same shit to me when i got hurt-temporary wage cut till i was back to tip top shape. its' bullshit but all you can do is either bend over and quit or take it up the ass till it's done w/. A lawyer wont' do shit i can almost guarantee that.

 

yea i will know more after tuesday when i get my MRI done and the tuesday after that when i go back to the doctor. the fuckers at work are still using me as one of the managers to run the damn place
