Tara Thai at the new Short Pump mall is decently priced (about an Applebees rate) and very good food and atmosphere. Lots of high end restaraunts there as well. Check out The Seasons, it's quite high end and there is one across from Commonwealth 20 as well. It's where my neighbor's daughter worked during the summer.
