they aren't hard or expensive to modify. no harder or more expensive than anything else.

i agree with UNCLEBENZ about your torque...why not get the FR500 cat back (dual X-pipe). in MM&FF it made like 17 rwhp on a stock 01 cobra, so im sure itd really pack a wallop on an 03 cobra. and yeah, if you change your blower pulley, check your A/F ratio.
