ok finally someone said something i wanted to hear.

b20 turbo

and ls turbo with gsr tranny.

would a b20turbo with gsr tranny be better than ls turbo gsar trans.

or would i have to actually build the b20 before it could handle any kind of boost

b20's have a weak sleeve design. stick with the LS bottom end.

i wouldn't buy an s2k unless it was supercharged. had a hardtop. and lowered.

just cause for 23,000 there just too slow.

dont get me wrong. i loved the one i drove. i love the ca to death.

i want one alot. but after leaving one standing still in my gst. i was dissapointed.

still a very fun car to drive none the less.

eh i read my post again and im sorry i sounded like a prick. in the end it is a fwd car though and i know a few teg guys that wished they didnt drop so much on their rides and picked up a used s2k instead. most project go over budget, so if you pick up a s2k for 17k you will have enough to supercharge it, and then save up for the hardtop, some coilovers, wheels and so on. in the end you will be more satisfied with a quick rwd car that can turn inside just about any car out there.

Friend might be thinking about selling his Type R 00 with a drag kit on it. Built bottom end and put down 377 at 18 psi. Would probably take offers under 20k too. It's got a lot more on it though. He comes back in 1 week if you want to take a look at it. later
