Here you go, to just help you out he works at the Ruby Tuesday on Monticello. That is if it is the "Street Legend" 2g Eclipse. BTW, have seen it run before, I don't even think it's a turbo.

Now that I think about it, there is another orange primered Eclipse locally that is not turboed. I played around with him in my GSX, and he didnt stand a chance. I recall a taller white guy driving it. I see it all the time.
