Im going to pick up my rental on Monday. They're closed on the weekends and I caught the service manager as he was walking out the door on Friday. My own fault there I suppose

He knew he was talking to a 17 year old and wasnt about to go out of his way to get me a rental on a Friday.

freedom ford hampton sucks. my sister's 2005 escape busted a CV joint. we took it in saturday morning, and the lady said they couldn't look at it until monday, and since the enterprise office at the dealership was closed we couldn't get a rental. she had a "what do you want me to do about it" attitude. at least at first, then she decided to call the enterprise office two blocks down by the planned parenthood place. WOW, it was open, so we finally get a car. since ford only covers the rental as long as they have your car, and they said they would be done monday, and my sister had to go back to UVA on monday night, we turned it in monday. guess what, they said it would be done tuesday, so my sister has to borrow a car from a friend to get back to UVA. then they bust the new CV joint they put in. they finally get it done and fixed by friday (replaced the whole CV axle). and my sister has to make a special trip down here to get it. horrible experience, IF i decide to get an '05 mustang, i'm definitely not going there.

Yea I just called and asked for my car back. They said call them after lunch in the after noon and he'll have an answer for me. Its like you'll have an answer for me? The car belongs to me jackass, theres no way your holding it.

That fuckin sucks. Thought I just moved down here, I figured the service would be better here than in BFE southern maryland where I used to live.

Well I called today and asked for my car back regardless if it was fixed or not. The service rep said to call back after lunch and they would get to it. After lunch he calls my dad at work, pissed off because I want my car back before they could fix it and feels WE should have to pay for the work they did. Then they call back and tell me I can pick it up tomorrow, they sure as hell better not make me pay for this.
