That is a sign of too much fuel and not a lean out condition. An adjustable FPR should allow you to fix that but only if the ECU doesn't go into full rich at full throttle. BTW, that is much safer than going lean, you will definately kill your motor if it goes lean at full throttle.

yeah but i lose mad power i see my a/f gauge is alway in rich during full throttle but how do i lean it out a bit so i can gain power at wide open throttle

Aren't hondatas programable? You could have someone re-program the thing so it doesn't go full rich at FT and more fuel doesn't mean more power as you probably know now. If it's running richer than it should you'll gain power not loose.

Running rich on a turbo car doesn't adversly affect the power until you drop below an 11:1 ratio. Ideal is about 12.5-.8:1 in a high boost application if you have a sound fuel system.
