check the fuses under the hood. could also be the main relay, that controls a lot of things including the starter(its located just left of your fuse panel its a 1"X3" box that has 12 volt writen on it, has 7 wires that go into it. Could be a bad ground. Get a multimeter and starting with the starter check for power and grounds, work your way back, use a book.

When I turn my key to acc I put a test light to the block should it light up. It is lighting just want to see if thats supposed to happen.

the relays probably bad, same thing happened in my last civic...i just banged the dash where the relay was...started right up

I recently got it starting to turnover without replacing anything. I grounded the block and she tryed to kick over but nothing. I come to find the fuel pump is not working. Its gas in it but the fuel gauge isnt showing it and the pump isnt coming on. Any body know wut it can be? Its not the fuel pump I tested it. Any input would help.
