Ive heard the next GT-R will probably run a TT V6 JDM, and in some other countries... but USDM will be badged under Infiniti and will have a NA V8, design and suspension will be similar to JDM and be priced around 70K or so. Infiniti is planning to compete with BMW M and AMG in the US market and that is why theyre going with the V8. This will position them between the M3 and M5 powerwise... and rumor is the next M3 is going with a V8, and AMG has just gone with all V8's in their cars, especially the C55/CLK55. The S4 has also gone V8. Im sure enthusiasts will just buy a Fairlady or G35 and turbo it.

My sentiments exactly. I used to be on of those why don't Mitsu bring the EVO over after the turbo WRXs came out

Now they turned the Eclipse into an overweight FWD only pig and now you can't even get a factory turbo perfomance car with 2 doors from any manufacturer assholes.

read last months sport compact car. full article thats up to date.

just a heads up the US is getting it and its going to be the G35-GTR and will be twin turbo with something called smart turbos that will allow a electric motor to spool the turbos when not enough exhaust can spool them "no turbo lag" 450hp is what it should when it comes out. Will be using the 350z/maxima/altima/g35 motor the VQ35 but will be the VQ35DETT
