Uhh... I wouldn't cut the frame at all. Frame building is a science, and the frames are built so that most of the components are under stress. Cutting it would almost definately lead to bodily damage....

If I did cut the frame, it wouldnt be the actual frame itself. Only the parts where the plastics are attached. It's completely seperate from the frame, just welded onto it.
