Although cops do thier "job", there are a lot of them are corrupt! My manager at my previous job was a DC cop. The stories he could tell you will amaze you. From framing "black" guys to beating them to a pulp. I think, and a lot of cops might say, citing a vehicle modification is a judgment call. But, for some reason, I've never seen or heard of a Harley Davidson with thundering exhaust pulled over for noise pollution or whatever. Those things are 100X louder and annoying than any exhaust IMO. Makes you wonder sometimes.

the thing about a harley is they come that way your car dont come that way ... any ways i hate cops that do this shit for no reason just cus some one has exaust and there car is dun up they have 2 be dicks .... when i had my z i had it checked for ground clearance more than once ... i had it right at legal so i passed but the point is dont you have something better to do than meshure how high my ca is hey ass hole go drive around and eat donuts for all i care just leave us alone .... now street raceing is diff i race and i know its wrong and if we get cought we diserve what ever happends because its dangrous i dont see exaust causing any one 2 get hurt.......

Just about any modification is illegal in VA. The only thing I have been pulled over for is speeding, I havent even been pulled over for exhaust or tint or anything. I know alot of the NN cops and they know me, but that dont mean I wont get an asshole sooner or later. =-)

For all the people that said "Fuck the Police" and I hate cops............When your car gets broken into and your stereo gets stolen or you get into a fight and get beat down, don't call the cops. Since they are assholes and have nothing better to do than to pick on somebody with an illegal exhaust, don't bother them with your bullshit complaints. You don't like them, so why would you call them?
