we had a VW GTG at Cheddars resteraunt last month. i brough my wife and kids out. About 10 cars were all sitting in the mall parking lot waiting for everyone else to arive. this guy parked across from us in a blue cavalier sideways revving his engine and flashing his undercarriage lights. he then drove off and kept reappearing. he was obviously riding around the entire mall several times for what we didnt know. after several drive by's he stopped and asked if anyone wanted to race him for $1000. we just turned our backs and ignored him. he had 2 other guys in the car with him. they sat there 10 minutes mumbling to themselves before they took the hint.
