to b e honest, it depends on the car and what you want done. different shops do different things, but ill give my honest opinion about auto upgrade, and thats to steer clear of there....

Im planning on getting a WRX soon, so basically uppipe, downpipe, and catback installation. Gauges at some point, and ECU reflash. Yea, i didnt really like the looks of Auto Upgrades site, seems like somethings wrong.

EB3 sounds good, according to you guys, it may be a little expensive though.

Any comments about Evolution? Good, bad? Staff? Im looking to have them(any shop)install everything, but also help me out, and show me whats being done. Basically great customer service.

What car am i driving now? I know i probably shouldnt say anything, but oh well, im only 15 right now, and get my liscense in April(turn 16 in Jan)So i will be needing a car. I originally was going to get a used 94-96 accord, and get an h22 and different parts. My parents limit was 10k. Due to saftey issues(mom), she doesnt want me driving an unsafe car.

Not that an accord is unsafe, just she doesnt like the fact that it is a decade old. So, i was thinking about getting a used 02 WRX, in a couple months, so it will be a little over 10k. The WRX is safe, so my mom is fine with it. I know its an expensive, not to mention fast, car for a 16 year old. Im not some dumbass that will burnout, street race, and do stupid shit that risk the safety of others. You guys probably think im spoiled, i know, i thought about it too. But hey, if my parents want me to get a safe car, by all means ill take the WRX. I would have to pay for all the tuning, and gas myself, which is why i wont be doing anything overboard for a while.

....so there it is. Thanks for all the help guys.
