I can define it by saying it's like taking a Civic EX coupe and putting Si stickers on it and painting it Electron blue to make it look like something it isn't. If you have stickers of products you don't have on the car. And last but not least when you street race someone at the end of beating them you turn on your flashers, or if you lose and the winner slows down you come up on them and fly by them at about 20-40 mph faster than the winner is going A.K.A. "Ricer Fly-By".
