yeah ... my mind changes very often, but id love to get a P5 due to the size of alot of the art im currently working on, plus my fiance and i are going to start rehabilitating animals, so id like to just keep them in the back when we drive them around...
I've got a Protege5 and it's pretty decent. The rod thing is true cause i had to put forged internals in mine. But if you do that and put a MPI Tuner for engine management, it is fun as shit to drive. If you go to msprotege.com you will see that they are not as prone to breaking as most say. some guys are on there running 20 plus psi no problem. I'm running a rather large t3/t4 on mine and it seems to be running great.
if you want some info go to msprotege.com. that site has info on all protege's. As for boostd5 boy running 20 plus good luck. I know of msp blowing at 8 psi. A msp is just a reg protege motor with a turbo kit thrown on and a shitty ecu fuel curve. Air fuel on them suck.
