Well with the info I have you can go 3 main routes:

Mitsu
(my fav turbos) T67 25g with a 8-10cm turbine housing. You will get full boost at around 5k with it. Perfect drag turbo

Garrett old school: 62-1 stage anything overr .84 a/r on the turbine side 70 a/r on the comp.
A big laggy powerfull SOB great for drag

Garrett GT series:
Im not too versed in these but all the evo boys who want big power run
GT3540R_63AR
GT3540R_82AR
this is expensive shit

And then there is http://www.forcedperformance.net/
but you prolly already know since you are a DSM guy

and this is the hotness=fpgreen just because it will bolt to a stock mani but it utilzes the compressor wheel of a garrett, so its like a frankenstien hybrid

this one looks like a good one. the mani is a ported stock one.is it really worth having a external versus a internal wastgate not going more than 20-25 psi? i really dont want to spend $ money on a new mani to house a wastegate. some offer a wastegate on the o2. Is that something new?

hog out the stock mani don't waste money on the bling bling tubular bullshit... how much power do you want?

i'd recommend a GT40 compressor mated with whatever bearing/housings/turbine best suit your drivability needs.. GREAT power, very much usable powerband, and al all around awesome compressor for the street.... if you want to go more mild, stick with a 50 trim or 60 trim... 60-1 makes great drag power also.. anything less than 500whp is a waste of that motor IMO though.. only mitsu turbo i'd ever let near my car is a BR20G, GREAT street turbo, but just doesn't make the power needed to keep up these days.. feel free to hit me up if you want

the green is an awesome turbo.. but for the money you can have better.. don't waste that built motor on a green

i'd say go external if you can afford it. internal gates will blow open and leak under higher exhaust flow conditions, and are more creep prone

I'm looking for 400@wheels. AWD, thats hard to get with a 25-30% loss from the flywheel to the wheel. But thats what i want. I need a good turbo. if i have to i will buy the external wastegate manifold and find someone to custom make a flange to the downpipe i have now. mo money

If it's a standard turbo, can't you just cut the DP, add some tubing and buy a 3" V-band clamp kit for it? I am going to have to buy some for my set-up.... about $30-$50 depending on whether it is SS and what all you need. I have links if you need them.
Also, I am not very knowledgeable on imports and what is required for you to run without an internal WG.... but on turbomustangs, they are always selling those Master Power turbos for dirt cheap. Seem to be doing great, they are rebuildable and because of the lighter parts used, the tend to spool faster then comparable turbos.
For instance here is the last GP that they had:

60-1 "P" Trim - 630hp

TO4 ' P ' Trim Turbine wheel - 64.5mm / 78mm
Super 70 Compressor wheel - 60.5mm / 84mm
.70a/r Compressor housing
$475.00

62-1 "P" Trim - 650hp

TO4 ' P ' Trim Turbine wheel - 64.5mm / 78mm
T04E compressor wheel - 61mm / 91mm
.70a/r compressor housing
$525.00

T70 "P" Trim - 840hp

TO4 ' P ' Trim Turbine wheel - 64.5mm / 78mm
TO4P compressor wheel - 69.11mm / 91mm
.70a/r compressor housing
$550.00

GT45 - 1000hp +

Compressor Wheel - 68.9mm
.66a/r compressor housing
1.05a/r turbine housing
$725.00

For the group purchase, the pricing will be as follows:

5-8 = 92% of the above prices plus shipping
9-12 = 89% of the above prices plus shipping
13-25 = 86% of the above prices plus shipping
26+ = 84% of the above prices plus shipping
I don't think they are having anymore GP's but if you PM that guy Joe, he will hook you up... VERY good vendor to deal with, no complaints so far out of many people who have bought from him.
And as far as needing other parts... WG's, flanges, etc... you can find/get it on there just search.
I made flanges for free for my set-up at work..... but our laser is crapping out so only work related stuff gets done on it... if we're lucky.

oh.. here he is selling one of them now:
