b16 head on a grs block 1.8???? whats involved and is it better than ls/vtec?
I have a poor mans r. I have no idea what kind of power I'm making but I love my motor and it pulls very hard. I don't have to worry about it taking a shit on me like an LS/VTEC

Please, share with me why your engine will last longer than an LS/VTEC?
i have a gsr and i thought about going with a b16 head just because flow is better and the chose for intake manifolds in a little better. would i notice a gain on my gsr if i got a b16 head, used my gsr cams and got a ITR intake manifold?

Well let me back up and explain myself why I say it will run shitty. A gsr head naturally comes on a 1.8 block, it would be slower on a smaller 1.6 litre block, with less displacement. The reason people put vtec heads on ls blocks is for the ls bottom end torque with longer strokes, and you get the vtec upper end horse power.
