I saw this on the news this morning. The kid's family was there crying about how he just went there to celebrate his brother's birthday. But why the fuck do you bring a gun to a birthday celebration? And why the fuck do you do it when you can look to the left AND SEE THE FUCKING POLICE STATION. That place is surrounded by shit anyways, that's why it has a bad name; just like Norfolk State.

Spokeswoman Renee Ball says police got a report last night of someone brandishing and shooting a gun at the Beach House night club.

She says an officer chased a 17-year-old male, and ordered him to drop the weapon. The officer then shot the teen, who died at the scene.

He was chased: He should have stopped then if he was only there to "celebrate". He chose to run and you don't run from the cops unless you're prepared to have a can of whoop ass opened up on you.
He was told to drop the weapon: Meaning the cop knew he had a gun and gave him a chance to put it down. If a cop has a gun on you and you do anything but EXACTLY what he says, you are probably gonna get shot.
We don't have all the details, but we'll probably know over the next couple of days...

My dad was parked out front when this happened. He was there to pick up my brother and his friend. He said the guy ran over to his car and then ended up finally running off. Its not often my dad is scared and by no means scared of kicking somones ass, but when he called me from inside and said he hopes they make it home I was kind of freaked out. He thought the kid was going to run in the club so he went and got my brother and his friend and went into the coat room. He said he heard a few shots and that was about it.
Pretty crazy how you can lose someone so fast, because some dumbass wants to be Rambo and shit. If you saw a blue Z3 on the news then that was his car.

They had a guy call into the radio this morning that was there and the guy was standing next to his car while he was in it and said that the kid had a gun that looked like an ak-47 in one had and a 9 in the other. Carrying 2 guns and one looked to be an automatic assault rifle. Now thats gangsta.
