As far as what you'd "expect" from the head of police, I've seen one before w/ his own personal bag of cocaine. Not sure what his rank was, but he was in the white-shirt uniform in Chesapeake. I assume that denotes some high-ranking position. As far as other cops, they're almost all dirty in some fashion. I know of several that do drugs, and much worse. Exercise caution when dealing w/ the biggest gang in America.

The city of Emporia gets 65% of its money from traffic stops!! Hummmmm...
For around here I believe its like 25% but thats still alot. Thats why people argue that cops should be doing something better like catching killers rapist etc, real crimes, well real crimes cost the city to prosecute, jail, feed, medicine. They get none of it back, but busting people with money, that will be set free after payment, cost them nothing and gets them more money, see the big picture.
