you got to take the cover off, the one under the cowl, and rtv all the surface that contacts it, NOT JUST THE HOLES. even my cowl itself that pushes up against the windshield doesn't press up against it anymore because i don't have any more plastic things to hold it down and it still doesn't leak

Well I changed the plugs today and it had no effect still wouldnt even start....so we put gas in it to make sure that it had gas and then took the distributor cap off and the rotor button was all loose.....and corroded so i ordered one and it will get here tommorrow.......we changed the cap because it advance had it and it cranked but it idles funny i think its the rotor button cause its so old and and its messed up but Ill change it tommorrow and see what happens.

1 is bottom left 3 top left 4 top right 2 bottom right. That is correct if that is the order you are going in.

well after messing with it all day and changing spark plugs, wires, dist. cap and rotor it ran but not for long....then we changed the dist. coil and it runs fine now thanks for everybodys help.....
