EEK.. i just went to Manassas Mall today and saw the new IHOP that they will be opening.. it's where the Ruby Tuesdays was.. but yeah it's not a 24/hr IHOP.. the IHOP on 28 just recently became 24/hrs.. a year or two ago it wasn't open 24/Hrs.

Yeah but YUM's is right up the road and for $4.50 and no tax on the weekends for 5 ginormous fried chicken wings, fried rice and mambo sauce, fuck a pancake.
