you may have to do a daytrip to go pick it up but there's tons of 600's for about the best prices around. Try there before you buy new because I've seen several r6's and gixxers that were a couple of years old go for $4k.

I would go with the gixxer 600. It has more power; one guy on our race team has one and he doesn't have to draft anyone. He just walks everybody down in the straights. The two dudes on our team running R6's are looking to get gixxer 600's before the end of the season.

Where you work at? But that is what I thougth too. When he said they have to pay their mech for assembly, i was a little puzzled of why they charge that much for it. He actually said assembly and freight for a little over $600...

they do have to pay their mechanics to assemble it, but it takes more like an hour, they are charging you for ten hours of labor, maybe if they shipped it as a box of nuts and bolts and they had to assemble it ground up, but your paying them $600 to bolt on a front wheel and puta state inspection sticker on it... we have never charged that to customers even though we still have to pay our tech's, so if they tell you everyone charges it thats bullshit

If you ever get the movie "Faster", there is a segment on there about John Hopkins. I think he was 15 when he entered his first road race on a 250 2-stroke. He won that race against adults riding on 600's and 750's. He is now riding in MotoGP for Suzuki.

I've never heard of a class where they run 250's against super sports. I thought he did a few 125 races or something then a 250 race then raced 600 then went on up
