rx-7 issue
He just had bad luck with them. Look at mine, 140k and counting on the stock nonrebuilt motor.
I'm saving up for the kit to rebuild it so I can rebuild mine and turbo, or else I'd let it run till it popped.
Make them fix it man, and keep doing it until they get it right.,

To tell you the truth, when I got my Turbo II back from them, It ran real nice (idle-wise i mean). But everytime I tuned it, it wouldn't hold the tune which I thought was weird. The longest time it held a tune I did to it was 2 hours and that was at NOPI because it was just sitting there with the engine running. I got it running real nice, ask VolcomRacing. But I certainly think it was weird on the way home that it was running so ridiculously rich that I could barely accelerate and I had to pull over for 15 minutes just to tinker with it so I could actually make it home.
Lou said I blew up this engine and didn't let it properly sit... okay I took it super easy on the engine for how many miles??? ugh 1500? I'm calling bullshit on Lou. I feel sorry that his foot is about to rot off due to his Diabetes, but I won't have myself ripped off. Will from Autodemics built the motor (I trust Will's work) but since Lou had that engine in his hands for like a year, I question it.
At least Autodemics didn't jump on my ass trying to blame me for blowing up the engine. Talked to them on the phone for 10 minutes about what could be wrong and all signs point to blown motor. I'm gonna do what Autodemics said to do to verify if it's ruined: pull all my spark plugs out and the main egi fuse and try to turn the ignition. I should hear 3 clicks in a row over and over again. If for some reason I don't hear the 3 clicks (even if it's 2 clicks), the engine is blown.

What "tunning" are you doing? You didn't say if you are running a stock ECU on a modded engine or if you have a after market ECU and can datalog. I have over 115,000 miles on my original motor with a Apex Power FC, SX Enginering fuel pressure regulator, and Walbro 255lph fuel pump. I have broken rear ends and trannys but havent had a single problem from the engine even though I hard lanch it all the time and hit the rev-limiter constanly. If you blew your motor, its likely from bad tuning (ran it too LEAN).
Absolutely from the opposite, I was running it heavily rich. I took extremely good care of this new motor. I am running a stock n333 ecu right now. I have a list of mods that I can supply but it's a good amount to type.
So far, I have put about 1800 on the new motor before it went.

I did the trick and it made this patterned choochoo train sound. I'm not sure to say whether the engine is gone or not. If anyone could come out to my residence and give me a second opinion, that'd be great. PM me if you can.
