So do I need the power commander also?...Also how loud really is the race one? Will I get pull over for noise?

its not as loud as a d and d but its somewhere in the middle. You'll have something just as loud as 80-90% of other sportbike riders with aftermarket exhausts. I wouldn't worry about tickets unless you ride at near redline all the time

yosh isn't very loud so no you won't get pulled... and no you really shouldn't need a power commander, although the K4-K5 seems to get a pretty loopey idle with a bolt on can, if it gives you problems just up the idle slightly

From what I have read there is no limit to how loud a motorcycle can be, which makes sense seeing as these ass fucks around here dont look for us. http://home.ama-cycle.org/amaccess/l...t.asp?state=VA

Like was said above, you will want race baffle and TRS is triangular and RS-3 is oval.

You dont reaaaally need a power commander, but on these new fuel injected bikes, its a good idea, since you can no longer change jetting, since there are no carbs. It will smooth out your throttle response and should definately give you a small power gain at least. For the price, I guess I see no reason to not get it.

Guess I am off to getting an RS3 race version slip on then... Oh BTW, where can I get this locally and cheaper? I went online, imotorcyclestore.com, and they're selling them for $358.95(carbon), $335.95(Titanum), and $278.95(S/S).
