there was that primer grey neon with the blue tiger stripes there sat. he went 15.4. they say thats with no power adder and i couldnt see anything under the hood. thing was stripped. theres free horsepower with weight reduction. his "lil bro", the 2 door one was there too, but it seemed like he snapped a halfshaft on the starting line or something. whatever he did he fixed it cause i saw em at ptown that night. most of the imports i saw sat were goin 16-18 secs, with the exception of like 3 or 4.

No. Less weight means your car has to pull less weight. Stripping your car doesn't produce horsepower.
