Why not just ask the property manager first? Promise a good turnout to bring in some business, respect the property and other customers, and in exchange get to use a good hangout spot. Works for SATS, car shows, and other car enthusiast gatherings. Summer is here, police will be cracking down on parking lot hooligans as if 3Fast3Furious movie premieres gave out free crack.

 

that asking the manager shit dont work over cw, its been done. but we useally took care of the problems ourselves, and with the people I hang out with now, problems wont be a problem lol.
