yes it is more specific then a swift kick which is a broad spectrum strike to the nuts. A sift kick as its name implies sifts through all the other garbage that the nuts contain and hits exactly what you want so in this case the motivational region also known as the pain center of the nuts. When you sift kick you must apply an adjective before, such as motivation, or honest, or work or the specific reason you are kicking said victim in the nuts, otherwise only a swift kick may be applied.
