Yep, Benn installed the turbos a month or so ago and the car is running very well.

The car was dyno tuned saturday by Jake Hershorin of proTUNING Freaks(they hold the current world HP record at 725whp) and at 19psi tapering to 15psi at redline they made 472rwhp/498rwtq. Typically guys with similar turbos run 20psi holding 18psi to redline... but hybrid turbos have questionable reliability when pushing them that hard as DDs. I'll be heading back to Jake to get it tuned on E85 and meth with power, not long term reliability, as the main goal.

 

Maybe I will spot something in the Roanoke area next week when I will be there for work.

 

I was on my way to work so no biggy.Those are some nice numbers.

 

Early last Thursday morning on the way to the beach I spotted a Subaru wagon backed into the jersey barriers with the front end pushed back about a foot on the Valley View exit to Southbound 581- the entrance ramp with the long,sweeping left hand turn followed by the S turn.Shit got real on the skreetz.

Also,I keep spotting this silver Integra sedan with what sounds like an open downpipe.Anybody know the deal with that car?Is it turbo,or did the exhaust fall off?

 

That's moe. It's a pretty large turbo setup, and is open downpipe.

 

Congrats Allen! Those are very impressive numbers with plenty of room to grow. I definitely want to go for a ride again.

 

Thanks chad!!! I still haven't gotten a ride in the Z so we'll have to hangout again sometime soon. Although, that may make me want to invest in a set of BIG twins lol
