Wear a wetsuit.

Its pretty nice where we ride. The island we hang out out on, factory point, is great because the western side of it is usually glassy and the eastern side is usually rough. So you get the best of both worlds, you can jump waves or dick around in the smooth water.

Theres also a few creeks that you can rip around in during high tide.

 

I need to link up with you guys, because none of my friends has Jet Skis. I dont have a wet suit, so I'll have to wait until the weather gets a bit warmer I guess.

 

Ill be getting mine out of the garage here shortly, just let the weather get a little warmer, i may need a battery this year as well, havent trickle charged it all year.

 

Man it's still cold for a wetsuit lol. I can't wait to ride again though...ugh.

 

I want to go out either this evening or friday evening. I am probably launching from Hampton University, and ride to over the tunnel area. Anyone want to link up and ride with me? send me a pm.
I will be out of town this weekend, but the temperature today and tomorrow will be in the 70s.

Sucks the nicest days are during the week. If tomorrow was going to be like today - I would definitely go out there.


If next saturday is going to be nice - let's all plan on meeting up somewhere. I'd have to say Factory Point would be the best place; You can put in at Poquoson or Langley and get there within 10 minutes.
