That brings up a good point... Why is it that every "hey look at all the parts that just came in" picture shows a whole bunch of parts thrown in someone's bedroom?
Oh, I was watching Kill Bill a little while ago on TV and Bill definitely drives one of those when he goes and warns his brother in the desert about being killed.

That appears to be a V8 with a regular crossplane crank, but with the proper cylinder combination (a mixture of both cylinder banks) at the collector. That's usually not done because it's a bitch to package, but it makes more power.
