took the jeep to a place in Boulder, CO called Left Hand Canyon..... i have never been so close to rolling it over.... i went up a rock face wrong....a little loose dirt and i was almost rolling.... i had to put a chain around a tree and hook it up to my bumper to counterbalance it.... props to my wife for holding it steady while i hooked the chain up

Might want to air those tires down a little bit for that type of terrain. I think you might have been able to back up a little and prevent rolling, but never the less, that's a butthole pucker moment that I've experienced myself! lol

Glad you made it out alright

I almost backed up over a median. I would've been pissed if I curbed my wheel. ;-)

Yea there wasn't really an opportunity to air down because I don't have an onboard compressor and it was like a 20 mile drive out there... and I couldn't back up at all (if you look at the "trail scar" picture you'll see a dent where a tree stump was sticking straight into me) and the base of the stump was like 3 ft around. It was an awkward situation... and I misjudged the angle / gap that caused me to slide down...

Its ok though because now I'm going to use this experience as leverage with the wife to get a winch / compressor etc... haha :-)
