Shouldve told him it invalidates his state inspection. Or at least youd have to report him to the proper authorities. I cant imagine in my minds eye the HORRORS this would cause if this fuktarded owner actually had the cajones to tow something HEAVY and UNWIELDY on the open fukin' highway AT 60+ MPH, not like the lawnmower Aveo engine could pull that much weight anyway.
