Saving money isn't an excuse for ridin around on reps, I'm currently searching for 1 wheel to complete a set of BBS RZ 412s have and the 1 that i need (if i ever find it) is probably going to cost me more than the other 3 combined but I know that if i bought a replica spare that even if other people didn't know, I would. It just cheapens the whole car. And talk all the shit you want about Brian's RMs, at least they're authentic. I'm thinkin U might be MAD.
Why would I spend 2k for wheels that look almost IDENTICAL except for the word Borbet stamped on one and Germany Tech stamped on the other?

All the money I've spent on wheels (well over 10-12 different sets so far) I could of built any set I've wanted. I sold my Schmidts to buy the Type A reps because I wanted to. I caught shit from EVERYONE for buying reps, but guess what, I don't care. I just sold a set of 2 piece Volk GTU's and bought some fake splits that look identical to the Volks. I really don't care. If I want 4k wheels I will go out and buy or build a set.
That's awesome your turbo cost as much as my wheels, my air setup cost as much as your turbo. Priorities. Yes air was a priority because I love driving the car low but need to be able to drive it anywhere at anytime. All I gotta do is hit the switch and up over any obstacles, hit the switch and back down. Practical.
The car is daily driven and my only car right now. Soon as it gets put in a garage and stripped to a shell and rebuilt, it will have a built motor. Right now, I have no time or desire to build a motor for a car that gets driven to and from work 5 miles each way.
And Schmidt TH Lines aren't authentic?
