Does anyone know the process of buying a shell with no motor or trans, wheels, interior parts? The owner has the shell but the title is at the dealership? He says it'll be hard to get the title, and the car is free. I don't plan to drive it, just sell some parts and make money off the scrap metal. I'm probably not going to do it considering it sounds a little shady, but I just wanted some people's input.
