Why is that? I'm more into bikes than cars so I'm a bit ignorant ha
because there isnt much of a wheel well there. you lower the car, and the fender is then right over the wheel unlike most cars. if you have the wheel turned, and the suspension becomes compressed (bump, turn to go up hill etc), you have a good chance of grabbing the lip of the fender. If it is rolled well, then you could bend it out by hitting it because of the shape of the fender.
