If your like me tho and I have -7 still on my record for a few more months and you get bent over twice one for having -8 or more points and then again for the ticket itself .... I think it will clean up the roads some but then again it's a bit much of a hike in price ....

After a while I unfurtunetly have to admit that MAD_DOHC has a point, there is nothing that we can do now but just to obey the traffic laws and you wont have to worry about this.

Or just break them at the right opportunities. Hopefully it will force a lot of people to be smarter in their decision making process.

or it will cause people to elude police more and maybe more crime to pay the newly imposed penalties such as theft and robbery.

If more people will elude police, then these are people they are trying to catch with such laws. May they die in a fiery crash, or at best, run into a dumpster. Either way, paying a ticket will be the least of their worries.

More crime? Well for beginners, if the said individual is stupid enough to elude and get caught, then they are not smart enough to pull off a crime to obtain the funds needed to pay for their original ticket and will wind up in jail regardless.

Seriously, if eluding is the first thing you think of when you're about to get pulled over, you're fucking worthless in life and aren't needed.

Some people may assert that an attempt to run and the possibility of getting away is better then paying the fines or going to jail.

Okay, but the people that are going to make this decision, probably aren't getting away and will only put more fines/jail time on themselves.

they applied these new laws to punish poor drivers, they now need to make it illegal for officers to let other officers continue without a ticket, further more just because you are a officer or related to one,you should not be let go free from a ticket.

Define "poor".

Do you mean shitty drivers because if so, I'm all for it.
