Spotted a black z28 with ebay head lights and the exhaust cut off at Williamsburg and Laburnum headed toward the city.
He pulled what seemed to be a "ricer blow away?" , where you ride at a high ass RPM as though you are racing, but never let the other person know they're being challenged. I guess he was trying to display how "powerfull" his car was?? Not to mention, he snatched the steering wheel to try to get it to chirp 2nd gear. Sad....Then proceeds to turn into Carini's and rev at me like he won a race that I was never competing in.
